The plate rests at the hips and has small rolled flanges around its edges.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSecure the Soldiers Torso by attaching the breastplate and backplate together over the chest. Six leather straps are riveted to the backplate, and are adjusted using the buckles attached to the breastplate. Tighten and adjust to your size, ideally over a padded gambeson for the most comfort.
