The live action role-playing (LARP or larp) community is an incredibly diverse and vibrant world, teeming with various styles of immersive games that cater to every imaginable interest; Blockbuster larps (which offer cinematic experiences with elaborate settings), emotionally engaging Nordic larps (focusing on deep role-play and character development) or epic scale Mass larps (where thousands of participants create massive, living, breathing worlds), and everything in between. At Epic Armoury, we’re passionate about unlocking the full potential of this community, by not only providing top-quality gear but also by sharing the wealth of knowledge and insights that are being exchanged within this fantastic community.

NordicLarp.org
Nordiclarp.org is an online magazine about Nordic style larp. The website is a non-profit community project managed by a team of volunteers who are part of the international larp community. Many of the articles shared on this website are contributed by larpers wanting to share their experience.
FIND THE LARP OF YOUR DREAMS
Alexandria is an online library for role-playing games, board games, LARPs and the connected scene, primarily in Denmark and other Nordic countries. The library contains information for more than 16,000 scenarios, 700 board games, 8,000 persons and 2,000 gaming conventions. This vast library has existed since 2003 and is updated regularly.
Larp Radar provides a user-friendly platform to discover larp events (mostly) in Europe. The website allows you to filter upcoming larps by language, country, genre, accomodation and more. They also have a handy world map with pinned locations for each larp.

LARP CONFERENCES
Solmukohta is a Nordic role-playing game conference and community event. Held annually in the Nordic countries since 1997,the name of the event is Solmukohta, Knutepunkt, Knutpunkt, or Knudepunkt depending on the country where it’s held. It has been a vital institution in fostering a Nordic role-playing identity, and in establishing the concept of “Nordic larp” as a unique approach. Originating as a purely larp event, the conference has since embraced role-playing games more generally. PoRtaL is a conference and gathering of the Central Eastern European Portal community dedicated to live-action role-playing (larp) games and their implementation in adult education. The project aims to develop, strengthen, widen, and engage larp to establish it as a tool and methodology for education.

Jacobite is a historical live roleplaying event that draws inspiration from history and TV films and dramas such as Outlander and Rob Roy. It will see players cast in the roles of Highland Clans folk in early 18th century highlands of Scotland. There will be intrigue, plots and betrayal, clan rivalries and personal jealousies, blackmail and war, all in the name of the house of Stuart and clan honour.
Present all over the USA, this campaign larp is set in a post-apocalyptic future, humanity has been forever changed. Societies have crumbled, and in their place, new communities and cultures have emerged. Face threats from the mutated, the undead, and even fellow survivors.
Empire LRP is an immersive fest game where players collaborate to lead a unified Empire of ten distinct nations. The game centers on politics, power, and leadership, with players navigating themes of violence, conquest, and tyranny. While all players work towards the Empire's success, they also compete for influence and control.
