Footman Shield

Epic Armoury’s Footman Tower Shield is a kite shaped latex shield originally inspired by the Greeks. Finished with a hand-painted wooden body and decorative metal rim, this shield is sure to impress your fellow warriors on the battlefield.

Wear this Footman Tower Shield left-handed with the use of versatile and adjustable canvas arm straps on the back. Feel confident that this hard EVA foam and latex shield will withstand the continued abuse of a LARP with regular latex maintenance.

History

• Iron rim was sometimes used as a way to reinforce the shield. It offered protection to most of the warrior’s body.
