Water-based Make Up Bundle - Zombie
Turn yourself into a rotting, sickly zombie in minutes with this 4-color Water-Based Make Up Bundle from Epic Effects. Built specifically for classic zombie makeup, this bundle blends four complementary shades, Zombie Pale, Umbra Yellow, Pale Green, and Purple, to create that hollow-eyed, decaying-flesh look Halloween and cosplay fans are after. Buy the bundle and get one Water Based Make Up color completely free.
Water-based face paint is a favorite for zombie looks because it blends easily, layers well for bruised and sickly effects, and washes off with soap and water when the night's over. It's safe for the whole face, including the delicate eye area, and works just as well on the body, beard, or hair if you're going all-in on the costume.
What's in the bundle:
- Zombie Pale
- Umbra Yellow
- Pale Green
- Purple
How to Apply Zombie Makeup (Step-by-Step)
You'll need: a moist makeup sponge, the 4 Epic Effects colors above, and Epic Effects Setting Spray to lock it all in.
1. Lay down the base.
Using a damp sponge, cover your entire face with Pale Green. Don't skip the eyelids and lips: a full, even base is what sells the "zombie" effect and keeps the look consistent from every angle.
2. Build the sickly shadows.
Sponge Umbra Yellow under the eyes and blend outward for that jaundiced, decaying look. Want to push it further? Yellow works nicely around the mouth and on the lips too — though leaving the lips a pale gray is a great alternative if you prefer a more muted, undead tone.
3. Add the bruised purple shadow.
Next, using the same damp sponge, add Purple to the eyelids and under the eyes, blending it into the yellow so the transition looks bruised and natural rather than sharp-edged.
4. Add highlights and finish the look.
Dab Zombie Pale along the cheekbones with a moist sponge to highlight and hollow out the face. For a fully committed zombie costume, extend the Pale Green down your neck, hands, and any other exposed skin. Finish with fake blood for extra gore, then set everything with Epic Effects Setting Spray so your masterpiece survives the whole night — trick-or-treating, parties, or the dance floor included.
Removal: Remove with warm water and soap.
