Find temporary tattoos, wound effects, scars, stitches, and special-effects transfers for LARP, cosplay, Halloween, theatre, film, and photography. The collection includes designs such as dragon, tribal, vampire, sugar skull, web, zombie, and stitched effects for adding character detail without a full makeup build.

Choose a transfer for your character

Temporary tattoos work well when you want a fast, clearly defined marking. Choose a dragon, tribal, vampire, or sugar-skull design to establish a character theme, or use a web and prison-tattoo style for a darker or more modern look. For damaged, undead, or battle-worn characters, Zombie Cheek Decay, Stitches, and Stapled & Stitched effects can add a more specific story detail.

Compare the size, placement, and finish of each design on the product page. Some transfers are intended for the face, while others may suit larger areas of the body. Follow the supplied application and removal guidance, and test the product before an event if you have sensitive skin or plan to combine it with makeup, adhesive, or prosthetics.

Use transfers with makeup and costume

Transfers can be the final detail on a costume or part of a wider special-effects look. Apply them after planning the main makeup and before adding any finishing details that might interfere with the transfer. Match the design to the character’s clothing, mask, prosthetics, and colour palette so the effect supports the whole costume rather than looking separate from it.

Plan placement and application

Before applying a transfer, decide where it will be visible and how it will interact with the rest of the makeup and costume. A cheek decay or stitched effect can become a focal point on the face, while a larger tattoo can work on an arm, shoulder, or other exposed area. Temporary tattoo designs can also be used to show faction identity, a past injury, a magical mark, or a character’s personal history.

Prepare the skin according to the product instructions and allow enough time for the transfer to set before dressing or adding nearby makeup. Removal should be planned as carefully as application. Keep the product packaging and follow the supplied guidance rather than using a random solvent. Test the design before the event, particularly when it is new to you or will be used on sensitive skin.

Combine effects carefully

Transfers work well with water-based makeup, prosthetics, masks, fangs, and costume accessories, but the order matters. Build the base look first, apply the transfer according to its instructions, and add only compatible finishing details afterward. This helps protect the edges and keeps the effect readable in photographs and at event distance.
