Orders are typically shipped within two business days, though small delays may occur. We pay all necessary customs taxes or fees related to shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to retain proof of postage. Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).

Pole Pack

A Pole Pack contains the tent poles needed for a specific Epic Armoury tent model.

Because full sets of poles can be heavy to ship, some tents have their Pole Packs split into multiple parts (e.g. Pack A and Pack B). If you need to replace all the poles for your tent, you must order all the relevant packs together.

Example: To renew every pole for your Marquee Tent 4x4m, order both Marquee Tent - 4x4 - Pack A and Marquee Tent - 4x4 - Pack B.

Splitting the packs also means you can choose to replace only part of your equipment if that's all you need.

Example: If you only need to replace 10 wall poles on your Marquee Tent 4x4m, you can order just Marquee Tent - 4x4 - Pack A.

Compact Pole Packs: These packs contain poles designed for easier storage and transport. All Wall Poles, Ridge Poles, and Center Poles in Compact packs are supplied in sections of max. 1.2m each, which you simply assemble before pitching your tent.
