If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to retain proof of postage. The expertise in the cutting, confection and tanning of skins from the northern regions of Andalusia and the South of Valencia, is where we find these workshops with a fur tradition that goes back generations. The use of traditional techniques in both sewing and cutting the pieces, makes each item unique in itself.
