RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from www.epicarmoury.com for any reason and have not started using it, we offer a refund within the first 30 days of receiving the product.

Please note that you must decide to return the product before taking it into use, and returned products should be in the same condition as received. Additionally, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs when returning the product to one of the assigned warehouses listed below. As you hold the product responsibility until received by us, we urge you to keep the shipping receipt for reference.

When the returned product is received and passes inspection, you will receive a refund of your purchase to the PayPal account or credit card used for the original purchase.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you experience defects in your product within two years of purchase, we will repair or replace the product. This only applies to defects in the original construction, and products malfunctioning due to incorrect use or neglectful maintenance are not eligible for repair or replacement.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Customised products are not returnable, although still subject to warranty in case of defects. When adding a Service Fee to your order, the products will be considered customised and therefore not returnable.

CHANGING ORDERS

If you wish to change a placed order, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to adjust your order before shipping. If the order has already shipped, the products can be returned as described below:

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  • Please download our Return Form in pdf. format below, fill and return. Remember to mark the checkbox on either RETURN or DEFECT. Send the form to info@epicarmoury.com.
  • Once received, we will respond with information on returning the product. You must cover the expenses of shipping the product back to our warehouse. For our convenience, we appreciate it if you also fill out the physical form enclosed in your order parcel and include it in your return parcel.
  • The Return must be delivered at the address, not a drop-off point or packing box.
  • The return address to Epic Armoury depends on your region, as stated below:

  • You can also contact one of our Recommended Retailers to save shipping costs and return your unwanted products locally. You cannot receive your money back by returning a product to your local Recommended Retailer, but will instead receive a store credit voucher in order to purchase a different product.
