Outrider Cuirass PU - L/XL

The polyurea foam Outrider Cuirass from Epic Armoury is crafted for both combat efficiency and striking style. Painted to resemble finely polished steel and accented with black full-grain leather plates, this fantasy cuirass provides essential protection to the chest and back while maintaining a lightweight and flexible design. Thick leather straps ensure a snug, secure fit, making it easy to don or remove in the heat of battle. Rogues will value the freedom of movement it offers, while seasoned fighters will trust its durability and resilience during the harshest of skirmishes. Unlike traditional metal armor, this polyurea cuirass won’t rust or corrode, adding to your character’s endurance and stamina on the battlefield.

This cuirass is part of the complete Outrider set, which can be acquired as a full ensemble or as individual pieces.

Fit, adjustment & care

The strap system handles most sizing on its own, but for a closer fit, you can gently reshape the material itself using heat. Apply heat to the inside of the piece rather than the painted exterior, so the material becomes flexible without damaging the finish.

• Finish: The base material underneath the painted surface is black, so over time, scratches and general wear may reveal this black color underneath.

• Easy touch-ups: Minor cosmetic damage, such as scuffs or scratches can be simply repaired at home using a primer and acrylic hobby paints (such as Army Painter or Citadel).

• Leather care: The leather straps should be maintained like any other full-grain leather product, with occasional conditioning to keep them supple and long-lasting.

• A living finish: Wear and patina are a natural part of your armor's lifecycle and can be expected with regular use, adding to the authentic, battle-worn character of the piece.
