Landsknecht Vambraces - Yoremade Edition

The Yoremade Landsknecht Vambraces provide full-arm protection inspired by 16th-century European armor, particularly the distinctive style worn by the Landsknecht mercenaries of the Holy Roman Empire. Designed for historical enthusiasts, reenactors, and LARPers alike, this three-part arm harness gives you functional defence without sacrificing comfort or range of motion.

Each arm is protected from shoulder to wrist with three key components: an upper cannon, elbow cop, and lower vambrace. These elements are riveted and shaped to follow the contours of the arm, allowing flexibility and freedom of movement. A flared elbow and articulated construction ensure you can fight, move, and act naturally, whether you’re engaged in a skirmish or simply going about your in-character routine.

Crafted from 1.6 mm polished steel, this version of the vambraces offers increased durability while maintaining a clean and recognisable silhouette. The elbow features a slotted locking pin, not just for aesthetic purposes, but to provide a secure connection between the upper and lower segments. The result is a piece of armour that stays in place and does its job, even over long hours of wear.

These vambraces are secured with adjustable leather straps and brass buckles and are designed to be worn over a gambeson or padded sleeve. They’re compatible with the rest of the Landsknecht armour set but can also be worn on their own for characters that mix steel with cloth, leather, or lighter kit.
