Since our ardent armory was founded almost two decades ago, our aspiration has been to establish our fulfillment center on the American continent to streamline our distribution process. In short, to ensure that every able adventurer can be equipped for their quest. It has been a long journey — and one that is still ongoing! — but as of now, we are proud to announce that you can buy our products directly from the United States. If you are an adventurer located in the Americas, or just curious about what we are doing over here, lend us your ears — or rather eyes— and allow us to present what it is all about:

GREETINGS FROM KENTUCKY!

Although we already love the humid subtropical climate of Louisville, Kentucky, our choice of location was based on more than the mild climate and friendly residents. Regarding postal districts and logistics, Kentucky offers a central location like no other, ensuring that every corner of the continent is within reach of our couriers. The arduous quest of stocking up our new fulfillment center with all our 7.500 stock-keeping units is still ongoing.

NOTICE

Currently, about 45% of our total product range is available through Epic Armoury America. Therefore, adventurers of the Americas can still buy our products through the European fulfillment center. You can switch between warehouses by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen. However, beware that switching between warehouses will remove out-of-stock items from your cart, change the shipping rates, and disable some discounts.

FASTER, CHEAPER, FLAT-RATE DELIVERY

As an initially European-based company, the shipping rates and times for adventurers in the Americas have been the cause of headaches over the years — especially with the skyrocketing shipping rates during the COVID-19 pandemic! However, the time of customs delays and exorbitant shipping prices to have your orders shipped across the Atlantic Ocean is over. When you buy from Epic Armoury America, the shipping only takes about 3-5 days (we have even noticed some of our precious packages arriving at destination the day after they left our warehouse!). For all purchases made through Epic Armoury America, we now offer the following delivery flat-rates until November 14th, 2024:

Orders under 100 USD: 20 USD shipping fee

Orders over 100 USD: Free shipping

CANADA

Orders under 100 USD: 50 USD shipping fee

Orders between 100-200 USD: 30 USD shipping fee

Orders over 200 USD: Free shipping

Please note that due to size, the Titan Shield, Reinforced Tower Shield, and Krom Shield will incur an additional shipping fee of 200 USD for the USA and 300 USD for Canada. But you have the power to avoid this fee! Simply choose to pick up your order at our fulfillment center in Louisville, Kentucky, and you won't have to pay any extra. Feel free to contact us for an arrangement.

With our fulfillment centers in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Louisville, Kentucky, we now operate in several time zones and thus offer written customer service from 03:00 AM to 03:00 PM (ET/EST) and by phone from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM (ET/EST). Anthony, our worthy Warehouse Wyvern, and Jay, our bodacious Office Bard, stand ready to answer your inquiries and offer guidance on live-action role-playing and re-enactment products. QUEST ACCEPTED!

After many years of epic aspirations, we decided to open a dedicated fulfillment center in North America. The infrastructure of Iron Fortress Europe has been improved and prepared for scaling. As you know, dragons tend to scale well!

ALLIES ACQUIRED!

We partnered with the Danish Trade Council, gaining insights about the legal landscape and leveraging their practical expertise for a seamless American integration — or as seamless as possible! For it's a dangerous business going out your door: You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your quill, there's no knowing whether you might walk the entire way instead of flying on the back of a Great Eagle!

JANUARY 2022
FIRST AMERICAN EXPEDITION

Our first scouting expedition travels to America, visiting Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, and Kentucky. By considering previously unknown opportunities and discarding sub-optimal ideas, the expedition returns home with a better understanding of the quest.

We announce that Epic Armoury will officially establish a fulfillment center in America. The news is well received by the dedicated adventurers in the Americas. The point of no return is crossed, and the thrill of adventure resounds through the Iron Fortress.

SECOND AMERICAN EXPEDITION

After careful consideration, we chose Louisville, Kentucky, as the location of our new fulfillment center. The second expedition ventures forth to inspect a range of options, including the impressive Louisville Mega Cavern. After scouting, sparring with the local trade council, and much thought, a charming warehouse at Intermodal Drive in the southern district of Louisville, just a crossbow shot from the Ohio River, is chosen for an epic destiny.

APRIL 2024
A NEW PARTY OF HEROES

Our Chieftain Epic Overlord leads the interview trials to assemble a team of worthy heroes. Anthony, our Warehouse Wyvern, and Jay, our Office Bard, join the epic armorers. They now carry the iron-willed burden of managing and shipping the magical items of tomorrow's adventures!

THE FIRST STOCK ARRIVES

A fleet of containers are shipped from Epic Armoury Europe to Epic Armoury America. There is a first time for everything, and the excitement of receiving the first batch of epic products is genuine. The second and third container soon follow!

Epic Armoury America is officially launched on this Day of Independence! Thirty-five percent of our stock is now available from our warehouse in Kentucky, but customers based in the Americas can optionally also purchase products from Epic Armoury Europe.
