WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Are you a sharp-eyed, hardworking soul looking to forge a path in a fast-paced warehouse? Iron Fortress America calls forth part-time and full-time associates to help keep our operations swift and efficient, ensuring goods are sent far and wide with care and precision.

Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: 7301 Intermodal Drive, Louisville, KY 40258
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (7 am - 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday)
Compensation: Competitive pay with benefits available

Key responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspecting Shipments: Brave for arrivals, inspecting each shipment for damage or discrepancies, and verifying quantities.
Inventory Management: Bring order to the stockroom! Label and organize with precision, so each item rests in its rightful place.
Order Picking & Packing: Carefully gather and pack items for each order, ensuring they’re ready to journey safely to our customers.
Shipping & Dispatch: Ready orders for their dispatch, weighing and preparing them for their appointed couriers.
Operating Warehouse Equipment: Safely wield walking stacker, pallet jacks, and RF scanners with the skill of a seasoned knight.
Maintaining Cleanliness & Safety: Keep our fortress neat and organized with pride in every corner.
Quality Control: See that each outgoing order meets our high standards, ensuring accuracy in every shipment.

What we seek in our recruits:

A keen eye for detail and an organized mind.
Experience with pallet jacks and comfort with RF scanners.
A strong back and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work as part of a team or a solo adventurer.
Readiness to weather both hot and cold conditions.
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required – we’ll train those of stout heart!
