What’s Required to Join?

To maintain a strong and mutually beneficial partnership, we ask the following from all members:

• Website Link & Visibility – Your organization must display our logo button or banner, linking to our website, preferably on your homepage or within your community resources. If your organization does not operate with a website, reach out and we will figure something out.
• Active Participation – You must have an organization account on Facebook and remain active in the Epic Armoury Alliance Facebook group, where all communications, including the discount code, are shared.
• Completed Registration – Members must fill out our Google Form with accurate details about their organization and events. Changes in leadership or contact details must be updated with us.
• Fair Use of Discounts – The 20% discount is for acquiring equipment for your LARP events and not for reselling or offering blanket discounts to your players or members.

Terms & Conditions

• The discount becomes active once your registration is complete, and you’ve received confirmation via email.
• Items from Scavenger Boxes and Campaign Boxes are sold as-is, without warranty.
• Accounts violating any terms, including misuse of the discount, may be revoked without notice.
