A Global Community for LARP Organisers

What Is the Epic Armoury Alliance?

The Epic Armoury Alliance is a global community for organisers of LARP, immersive theatre, cosplay events, ren faires, and other costumed experiences. Whether you run local weekend games or international festivals, the Alliance is a space where organisers can find support, connect with peers, and get access to practical perks for bringing their worlds to life.

If you’re using Epic Armoury products in your events, we’d love to welcome you. The Alliance is free to join and built to make your work easier—no red tape, just shared passion and a helping hand when you need it.

We also host a private Facebook group for members. It’s an open space to share advice, photos, questions, inspiration, and occasional behind-the-scenes updates from the Epic Armoury team.

  • 20% discount on Epic Armoury gear for your event, crew, or NPC team

  • Early previews of upcoming products and designs

  • Community connection through our organiser-only Facebook group

How to Qualify

Joining is simple. To become part of the Alliance, you should:

  • Be an organiser of a LARP or other immersive event

  • Fill out our contact form and join the Alliance Facebook group (links coming soon)

  • Use Epic Armoury products in your events or community

  • Display an Epic Armoury logo or banner that links to our website
    – if you don’t have a website, contact Jeppe for other options

  • Fair Use of Discounts – The 20% discount is strictly for acquiring gear for your own LARP events. It may not be used for resale or passed on as a general discount to players or group members.
