Traveler's Satchel 

The Traveler's Satchel is a plain, rugged bag for everyday use at LARPing, festivals, or reenactments. Constructed with the same practical form as our suede version, it is fashioned from oily pull-up leather for a distinct appearance and feel--tough, understated, and prepared for years of hard use.

Pull-up leather is drum-dyed in aniline and treated with oils and waxes, resulting in a matte finish and naturally worn appearance. It lacks the glossy, desaturated color of new leathers, which look aged from the outset. It will accumulate small marks and creases with use that subtly alter the color, and every satchel will possess a lived-in patina.

The bag itself is still to traditional design: one big main pocket that can fit the day-to-day basics, with a small inner pocket for treasures or daily pick-up-and-go items. It is small enough to keep with you during the day without ever disturbing you, but big enough to fit your phone, notebook, wallet, or props.

The flap buckles over, so you don't have to fear things spilling out while running, climbing stairs, or walking through crowds. There is a wide, adjustable strap that allows you to wear it over the body or on one shoulder, whichever feels more comfortable to you.

Because it folds flat, it also packs nicely. You can roll it up and cram it into bags and then unroll it as you need it, making it a great addition to multi-day meetings or travel where there's little room.
