A service fee is to be used when we make small adjustments such as replacing leather to pleather or other similar small adjustments to your product. This fee is only to be used when instructed to by Epic Armoury via email. When using this fee the item will be considered to be customized.
Products that have been modified will no longer be covered under the 14 day return policy of Epic Armoury.
Modified products are still eligible to be sent in and be replaced, in the case of defects. Please note: A service fee is nonrefundable as it is a service.
